      After a turbulent post-COVID period, strong tailwinds and real business momentum building. Great benefits and competitive compensation. Smart, generally easygoing people who respect work/life balance and care about each other.

      Cons

      Team bonds are strong, but cross-team and agency-wide culture feels fragmented and needs intentional focus. Departments can feel siloed and somewhat old-school in how they operate. Your KSM experience can vary significantly depending on team/department.
