      Small family owned business that puts family first.

      Cons

      Managers are not trained to be managers and are allowed to run their departments in what more often than not is more of a dictatorship style

      Nice people sometimes, lots of jokes are told.

      Cons

      Can’t take anyone seriously, you’re just a number. Can’t really talk to HR, feels like you’re being judged. Can’t talk to managers they are just as bad .
