Pros

Remote work (for the lucky few) Funny slack threads

Cons

Salary ranges are below the average Huge layoff waves Multiple mandatory meetings daily for obscure reasons Obvious "inner circle" Pitiful attempts to include remote staff in celebrations or special occasions (which wouldn't be so bad if they didn't turn it into a huge ordeal) -- Office Staff was released for the day to enjoy an Escape Room together, and afterwards board games at each other's houses. Remote staff was sent 4 colors of paint, a canvas, and a brush so we could all paint on camera together. Requests employees to pad social media ratings by providing sparkling reviews

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We realize that acquisitions can be very upsetting for those being absorbed into a much bigger organization. We strive to have all Kenectors feel valued, included, and appreciated. This feedback shows we have more work to do for our remote team. We certainly appreciate and value your feedback.

Pros

Sales leadership are incredible guys, mid-level CX management are great. They want what’s best for their employees and try their best to make a great culture.

Cons

Product is subpar. Sales are down, churn is increasing and the C-Suite don’t seem to take accountability for the company’s poor performance this year. They’re firing in sales and CX quickly yet the company’s problems are rooted in the product. The product, due to lack of development and a decreasing appetite in the marketplace make it hard to sell and difficult to retain. Most salespeople are not hitting quota and most CSM’s aren’t meeting their retention goals and therefore are making far less than needed. The sentiment from the C-Suite in response to employees expressing financial concerns was “be grateful you have a job.” And calling these concerns “toxic complaining” Many people have left and many more will be leaving soon.

Pros

really good co-workers and teams. Good people who care about succeeding.

Cons

It's not the same company it was 2 years ago when I started. I see the HR team blaming it on growth and normal changes as the company grows. It is much deeper than this. The C-Suite is greedy and dishonest. The management team is burned out and frustrated. Churn is going up and no one is hitting their goals. Customers don't care about the new products the high-powered insulated product team is building. I'm not sure who they think we will sell this stuff to. Trailer dealers and boat dealers don't care about the stuff we're building.
