Business outlook
Pros
Fellow employees were great to work with. There is a good sense of camaraderie on site. The site is on the coast and the sea there is excellent for snorkeling and/or scuba diving. Overall they are not a bad outfit to work for.
Cons
Very high staff turnover, combined with systems that are still developing, means that not everyone knows what they should be doing and how they should do it. Facilities on site were poor which is not good for staff retention in such a remote location.
