Pros
Generally laid back without Type-A personalities. People are pleasant and professional in European offices. Ok with balancing family and work life.
Cons
Benefits are poor but management is oblivious. Very much a haves/have-nots situation with people in the inner circle getting all the kudos. Internal self promotion and personal PR are more important than results. Senior management are very liberal with their own compensation, not so with the rest. “What have you done for me lately? Oh... ok... well, what are you going to do for me soon?” Culture of only giving positive news. Inflated sense of self-importance as a company and treating service providers and third parties like you’re doing them a favour every time you offer to do business with them.
