      Free lunch Professional development "Everyone" is somewhat friendly to new faculty/staff

      Lack of support from head of department Students feedback about teacher are valued over teachers feedback about students. Less support when it comes to being a better teacher. Tasks are more focused on the facilities versus the classroom. Low pay Vague job description and complete tasks that come as a surprise. Less time off opportunities. No official curriculum. Lack of training Racial inequality

      Pros

      I highly appreciate my department chair, and the school's strong enrollment numbers are facilitating the implementation of numerous innovative initiatives. This environment is very conducive to professional development. Small class sizes, though the numbers have increased since I have worked there.

      It is a business so sometimes decisions are made based on that fact.
