Pros

The Exit Interview was like a free therapist session.

Cons

Everything else. Surprised when people stay for longer than a year to be honest.

Pros

Benefits were great and budget for team socials. Some people were nice and good connection with global offices.

Cons

Terrible place to work if you're looking for career growth and progression. The agency lacks the resources, skills, enthusiasm and competence to take on large clients and to be innovative. A lot of senior management (not all) are small minded and expect junior staff to fall in line. Junior employees are not given an opportunity to speak up about poor management and support and are scared to do so. Not a healthy environment. Take the incredibly high turnover among junior members and retention rate of underperforming senior management as a sign not to work here.

Pros

No real pros, had a breakfast counter?

Cons

Lack of flexibility. Awful pay. A lot expected for the pay. Poor culture and lack of culture integration from management. No opportunities for career development unless you overwork
