Very high performing organization with solutions that are adding value. The leaders are people first oriented and the learning that is available here is phenomenal. I have learned more here than any place I’ve ever worked.

It’s fast paced and high growth so sometimes it can be tough to keep up.
Kerauno was a fun and high growth company that really focused on the client needs. I learned a lot about the telecom business, number porting, helping customers, and building process and documentation for scale. The senior leadership was very good and they always took time to help. The owners valued the staff and customers and we’re good people.

They had to hire fairly quickly with the scale and that led to some people not being a fit but all in all it was a great place to work!
Many. Leadership is incompetent and is constantly pivoting and changing direction. Not on a quarterly/semi-annual/annual schedule, but daily. Leadership consistently lies about the status of the business, or the impact they have. It is more about their perceived perception in their local market, than actual business sense.
