Pros

Kerridge has a number of great products, delivering value to our many customers. And more importantly we're aware that things must change in order to stay ahead of the pack and we're currently going through that change, which is both exciting and a little scary. But the opportunities to embrace the change and learn new stuff is immense and then you get to apply it which is a great experience

Cons

It's not the most organised company I've worked for, which can lead to mistakes and cause frustrations

KCS has the work life balance spot on Health Benefits are great New leadership is exciting and forward thinking

Cons

Salary is average - could be better but work life balance helps to compensate for that Hybrid working is 3:2 office to home, it would be nicer if that was reversed to 2:3
