      This company consists of only cons.No professional work environment (basically I am talking about Delhi office). This company even do not have a proper office, HR is full of attitude and is very negative in their approach towards the employees.Worst company to work with.Join this company at your own risk ,and please don't join unless you want to spoil your career.

      Can't think of any, except few good people in organization

      No clearly policies Anybody is doing anything. No proper structure. Vision less leaders. President of the company notices what time you leave and forms perception of you basis that. Clear favouritism happens This company boast themselves as a Marketers but in reality they are just reacting to the needs of a few big clients. Not atall employ friendly. They don't give out variables but will keep them in your CTC. Management doesn't have any logical explanation to any questions asked.
