There are individuals within the company that care so much about what they do. Some of the most brilliant technical minds I've interacted with sit in the service department every day.
Cons
Poor management and toxic work environment. Very little interaction between departments, which causes miscommunication and errors. No sick days (forced to either work while sick or use vacation days), expected to respond to emails at all hours, and a culture of bitter workaholics.
Extreme lack of communication among employees (most dont answer emails or phone calls from other employees only from clients and MULTIPLE people in the office have complained about this.) CFO doesn’t know what she is doing/talking about 98% of the time and no one in the office can even understand what she’s saying most of the time and that’s beside the fact that when she is actually needed she’s usually no where to be found (either on a 3 hour lunch break or left early at 3pm for the day to go work out). The CEO is pretty clueless about the CFO and some other people in the office who he thinks are doing a great job but actually aren’t. A lot of turnover in different positions because they don’t pay well. No room for growth.
