Cons
Brought on during a transition for the company. Wasn’t debriefed to the full scope when interviewed or hired. Lack of communication between management and departments/ hostility. Things were promised but not delivered. Members of important management gone for significant vacations, during high stress transition times. No training procedures or timelines. Tough because there were some great people there but overall happy I didn’t stick around. Didn’t get a team or collaborative feel.
