1. Good Worklife Balance. 2. Colleagues across all levels are very friendly, caring, understanding & helpful. 3. Probably the best so far I've experienced in my 3.5 Years of Experience.

1. It is a mid-sized company with a lot of great initiatives 2. Works in favor of many since ownership and success can be closely experienced. 3. This also gives an opportunity to learn and participate without having any restricted boundaries around the role.
