Pros

Flexible (Hybrid) working, good work life balance, decent benefits, some very good people which are sadly leaving.

Cons

I’ve counted over 10 suspect 5 star one liner reviews on the glassdoor platform just this month alone. Several of them being logged on the same day……have a look for yourself… That should tell you all you need to know about the principles, morals and culture that leaders are embedding in this organisation. Absentee leadership is rife at the highest levels. Absolutely boggles the mind how some individuals have kept their positions….poor career progression… Lack lustre leadership, top talent leaving for better opportunities elsewhere. This is a company that 2+ years in is still in search of its true identity and where it fits in the industry.

Pros

CDK Global was a good company, great products, good atmosphere, superb UK and Ireland boss Stuart Miles who inspired and encouraged to make up for aloof ELT including Neil Packham.

Cons

Keyloop are a slash and burn company looking to exploit cheap labour in India and China. They have no regard for their customers who pay premium licence fees for a premium solution and support back up. The UK network is now reduced to paying premium fees for a chat operative in Hyderabad telling them to look at a help sheet. Such a shame because Kerridge/ADP/CDK built a great reputation.

We are sorry to hear from any employee, past and present, who feels this away about the company, and we thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. Keyloop has undergone a number of changes since we announced the transition in March 2021. Whilst we are making these changes for the long term benefit of the business, we do know that change can be difficult, and not every decision is easy. We do invite direct feedback and would be happy to hear from you. We can be reached on Internal.Communications@keyloop.com if you would like to carry on the conversation directly.

Pros

Very hard to say much here, but what I will say is the package is fairly good and the flexibility makes the role on paper seem appealing. The reality however is so different,

Cons

Without trying to sound like a disgruntled employee, I will do my very best to keep this factual. Having been here some time and seen numerous changes. Its clear that Keyloop is rotten to its core, with horrendous red taping, rule by fear attitude, and lack of accountability widespread throughout the business, Keyloop is the definition of unorganised chaos. Naturally this has trickled its way down to all areas of management and not only affects the customer but every staff member. Never have I worked for a company that is so blaze about the customers opinions and feelings, Its hardly surprising that Keyloop have such a bad reputation within the automotive industry. Feedback is generally totally ignored, not considered and changes are often implemented without any real thought process behind them. I'd like to say these issues were isolated to my department but speaking with peers accross the business and from reading reviews its clear the issues lie in almost all areas. Most hard workers have either been made redundant, or quit due to the company culture, and can you really blame them?
