      Working remotely from your home office

      Cons

      Very toxic environment multiple management levels on top of few developers, very vertical top to bottom culture, poor management, basically they take and impose decision to all level putting a lot of pressur on the developers.

      + Flexible remote working hours + old team was nice and smart colleagues + comp at market rate + bonus paid every 6mnth

      Cons

      + not much tbh, do consider if remote working is 100% for you as it does get lonely
