Pros

Did not have time to evaluate the pros

Cons

One month in full training, been producing high level of stats, and they make me come to work for 2 hours just to let me know its my last day pack my things and leave, on the basis that my skills is not what they looking for, and push me out of the back door. They is no anger in this statement, but I was not given the chance to prove my worth and they new my situation as a person, the consideration in my case was not there as am not caucasien it can only happen to me.

Pros

The company is in a good location. They do tend to pay pretty good. They have a monthly luncheon. During busy season they provide dinner. Bonus structure.

Cons

There is so much work given and things to fix that it turns friendly people here into arguments with you. The stress level is very high especially during "busing season" (Jan - Apr) where you are expected to work until 8:30-9 every night. Working until 11 at night is not uncommon. Hence the reason why they provide take-out dinner for you. Also required are 5 hours on the weekend in the office. Like the other reviewer stated, it about adds up to minimum wage. Property Controller are really accountants which can report to as many as 6 different people. All of whom ask you for things. It is also a revolving door here. 3 people were fired and 1 quit without notice in the past 3 months out of about 34 people. Anyone who has worked more than a year here is a rarity. Also the software they use is outdated and many variances are occurring as a result.
