Pros

Range of cases across practices, friendly colleagues and fun socials, great exposure and fairly quick progression

Cons

Can feel a bit start up in its lack of best practices. May not always have the best cases in the field.

Pros

Some flexibility but very little. Interesting work

Cons

It’s so clear they now have their new marketing person trying to clean up their online perception, but it’s just as bad as you’re seeing in the reviews. most of the positive reviews are not real as stated in multiple comments. Leadership team is ineffective and they funnel every decision into two people who actually have all the power, making the operations team look like they don’t know what they’re doing, absolutely no business strategy. They’re just hoping spaghetti will stick to walls. they make decisions about promotions behind closed doors and all the performance cycle meetings are just that — a performance to make it look like they value anyone’s opinion. poor managers that don’t know how to manage people, and those who have been at the company 5+ years are getting promoted simply just for being there and not because they perform well. negative culture, there’s a team that had four people voluntarily leave from one team — no one batted an eyelash or looked into the managers behavior to see why that might be. HR team has no clear protocols when you report something, many black professionals have experienced racial discrimination and were either laid off, pushed out, or siloed. basically if you’re a toxic person, you’ll stay — all the good people have left or are plotting their exits
