Pros
We have such a great team of individuals working here at Kibo. Switched on and adaptable, but also just all-round great people! We're treated like the adults that we are, in that we're given autonomy and agency over our work, and for the most part, our work/ life schedules, which I really appreciate. I also really appreciate our focus on hiring/ promoting internally rather than hiring externally & our openness to move into other areas of the business.
Cons
I would love for more social interaction, but understand that's been difficult over the past couple of years due to the pandemic.
