      None. Don't work for this place unless you want to be stressed all of the time.

      They say they offer competitive benefits? If you call $9/ hour with no health insurance and terrible vacation and sick options competitive....wow

      They're still in business....somehow. Despite poor upper management, the teachers still carry their innate passion for the children, and consistently carry out the best of care.

      Cons

      No health insurance Very limited vacation time -- no sick time. Constant violations of DCFS and Department of Labor regulations Very dishonest and shady upper management
