Pros

Kido is a genuinely supportive and people-focused organisation. There is a strong sense of teamwork across all teams, and leadership is approachable and open to ideas. I’ve had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, which has helped me develop professionally and feel trusted in my role. The culture is positive, inclusive, and aligned with the values the organisation promotes.

Cons

There aren’t enough Kido's!!! The childcare sector isn’t always easy, and can sometimes be demanding but having a company that is so supportive and dedicated really makes a difference. Speaking with colleagues who have worked in other settings, there’s a shared view that Kido stands out as a supportive and inclusive place to work.

Pros

Friendly and supportive team with a positive working environment. Great opportunities to develop leadership skills and build strong relationships with children and parents. Management encourages learning and professional growth.

Cons

Busy environment at times, but this is expected in childcare. Occasionally challenging during peak periods, although teamwork helps manage the workload well.

Cons

Role can be stressful as a lot of tasks to complete but with a calm head and prioritising tasks it’s manageable
