      A great place to learn and grow!

      Pros

      Awesome company with so much opportunity for growth and learning. Minimal red tape and all ideas are not only welcomed but valued. You get to work with so many smart and innovative people that it's inspiring.

      Cons

      It can seem a bit chaotic and disorganized sometimes, like any start up environment. Because there is minimal red tape, there are also low levels of communication, especially between departments and sometimes even within them. This sometimes causes frustration and hurt egos.

      Pros

      Kiip hires very smart people who are an overall great fit for the team/office, even if their experience isn't deep within the industry (non-technical roles). They allow you to grow into your role and support you along the way, enabling you for success. In most roles, your efforts can have an impact across the company and there is plenty of autonomy and opportunities for professional development

      Cons

      an O.K compensation package, but not the most competitive. There are several folks who are deserving of an updated package based on increases in their responsibilities and/or performance

      Solid Startup Culture With Steep Learning Curve

      Pros

      People who work at Kiip are very approachable and open about helping their colleagues regardless of whichever team they work under. Learning curve is pretty steep and you will be challenged to get things done here. Company encourages you to balance between your personal and professional life and very understanding about accommodating your personal request. Overall very positive and cool place to work at with wonderful people.

      Cons

      Hard to find a con here really. Some of the things that you can imagine as first world problems occasionally may happen. Nothing major or dramatic
