Pros
lots of great coworkers with great ideas. dog friendly. awesome location. trying to push boundaries in a good way.
Cons
leadership will say one thing and then get mad at you for doing it because they changed their mind without telling anyone. either that or they forgot the decision they made sometimes in less than a few hours. they also don't recognize people correctly for work they do, just talking up whoever they decided should get the credit. its a hostile place to work coming from the ceo down.
