      Flexible working hours, family-like environment, out-of-the-box and creative mindset, international teams, opportunities to network with top executives, challenging assignments, hybrid scheme, supportive peers, and excellent leadership skills from superiors.

      Cons

      Keeping all stakeholders happy may be challenging but not impossible. The time difference between consultants and client managers may be demanding at first, but there are no significant cons. You must be very proactive and independent, which may not be appealing to everyone.
