      Great people, hard to deal with CEO

      Pros

      Great people throughout the company! Great sales manager and GM. Good benefits and work life balance

      Cons

      It’s a great place to work but there are some big challenges. First commissions, you never know when they are paid and exactly how much you will make for a job. Some employees told me they were owed from 1-2 years ago. There are clicks and if you aren’t part of the CEO’s click hide. There is a lot of confusion in the company and no one ever really knows who is running it from day to day, also everyone pushes the blame on someone else in anyway possible.

      Pros

      It's a job and in today's economy you have to take what you can get until something better comes along.

      Cons

      This company is going thru many management changes. Once the CEO retired in December the new president seems set on running the company into the ground. In any job here you are subject to intense micromanagement, poor training (if any), and the vice president is unwilling to help. Coworkers also will not assist you when you have questions and you are often left with no supervision, yet you are expected to magically know every aspect of the job and when you ask questions you are treated as a problem. The health benefits are outrageous for what little amount of money you make and comission and mileage checks are paid when the company decides to pay you, not on the actual due date.

      Pros

      ESOP, enjoyed peers and lower level management I work with.

      Cons

      Negative reinforcement from upper management, understaffed, , lack of communication, one review and .30 cent raise since starting, no room for growth in most areas.
