      Great company socials and training make it a good place to kickstart your career, but it's best to jump ship to another agency as soon as you can.

      Cons

      Recently, there have been numerous redundancies, leading to many people being shifted to 4-day work weeks with reduced pay to 80%, alongside an increase in notice period. Additionally, toxic management practices are evidenced by the reassignment of a few individuals to different teams due to conflicts with their managers, who continuously show disrespectful and intolerable behavior. While the company prides itself as "The agency people want to work with," it fails to address issues of workplace harassment and abusive behavior.
