Baja office is amateur hour.. they don’t provide you with new reqs to work, same old reqs that they can fill. Just a promise there will be more. Commissions take too long to pay, that’s if your candidate doesn’t find something better and good look filling the VMS roles when you get no feedback whatsoever from the HM’s ..constant payroll issues because they use an outside accountant.. the manager is more concern about her upcoming wedding, doing personal errands on working hrs, instead of providing more reqs to work other than the same old ones…managers expect higher result without providing good material to work.
