Pros

Nice people who did work there

Cons

I don't know where to begin. This company(In Cincinnati at least because all the positive reviews are from their first place in PA) is ridiculous. It's a pyramid scam pretty much without you buying into it. Unless you consider signing some silly contract that makes no sense. It says something along the lines of if you don't work for us for a month you will not receive any funds(talking about an hourly rate) expext for the people you sign up. Which by the way is door to door in not so great neighborhoods. Oh and you drive your own car which you don't get reimbursed for gas or mileage. Some have to drive up to Dayton, OH. I worked a whole week in the pouring rain because they don't care you're soaking wet. they want money. For the first few days you go with someone else. If they get a "sale" you don't get anything from that. They let you to go out by yourself after a few days. Worked for a couple months. It sucked. No one wants strangers knocking on their doors in times like today. Especially in Cincinnati Ohio. Took them TWO month to cut me a 45 dollar check. I didn't get paid for the 40 sometimes plus hours I worked for those weeks. Idk how they get away with it but that's crazy and i am looking into it. Don't work for this turn over rate grave "business" ever.

Hi Reviewer, Thanks for the feedback. It sounds like you might be confusing us with someone else. We only handle retail accounts for our clients. We do not conduct any D2D or residential sales.

Hi Reviewer! Thanks for the feedback. We actually don't handle any residential accounts at this time. The customer accounts we deal with are all in a retail-based environment, so there's not much danger.

Pros

Most of the people you work with are nice

Cons

-The training they offer is minimal, my first day of training was with someone that was extremely hungover they didnt teach me anything. The second day was with my team leader who didnt give me any real instructions aside from talking about how great the company is. - If you ask for more training after the first 2 days you're told "Maybe the problem is with you, maybe you're not trying hard enough." - new employees are expected to go to "Team nights" every Thursday where the boss basically just talks about how good he is at everything. - every Friday you are expected to go in an hour ealry for "Opportunity meeting" where the boss tells you how much money he makes to try and motivate you into doing a better job. - if you dont meet the sales quota in your first week the boss will pull you into his office and tell you that if you dont make *X* amount of sales in the next few days then "you arent a good fit" -This job is exclusively standing in Walmart's bothering people all day.

Hi former trainee! Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. We’re sorry you had a bad experience in the training process. Please give us a call, we’d like to know which of our employees you felt gave you inadequate day 1 training 513-272-0038. We are also a little confused, as our training process is ongoing throughout the first month, not 2 days. Our management team does hold our team to high standards, that’s how we’ve been able to surpass a lot of our competition and gain national recognition the last 2 years. If someone isn’t following through on their commitments to the position (coming in late/unprepared) they will have conversations and hold that individual accountable. We wish you the best in your future endeavors!
