Pros
The facilities are nice and co-workers are great.
Cons
The leadership doesn't seem to know what they want to do. They will spend weeks telling us about upcoming major changes and how we are going to implement new policies and then they just stop talking about it and we never hear any more on the subject. They are very vague and none of us ever know what they are talking about, but it isn't a problem since a few months later, they, themselves will forget. There is a debilitating lack of leadership.
