Pros

Definitely a lot to learn if you're brand new to customer service.

Cons

A lot of the job was misleading, including pay, schedules, travel and simply the type of work compared to the job postings. Don't believe them: everyone starts in entry level sales, despite whatever outside experience you may have. Being a start up, there is a lot of room for them to change how they operate, but I don't foresee that happening.

Pros

There are none. The owner is a sociopath and a liar.

Cons

This is a fake company. They lure in college students with event marketing job ads. Then when you arrive at their empty office they try to make you sell things. Scam and reported to the FTC

Pros

If you like being taken advantage of this is the perfect job for you. If you like the "CEO" leaking your social security on Facebook for being called out for incorrectly paying employees and filing false W2 forms then you will fit right in!

Cons

They are a modern day pyramid scheme! You peddle cheap sketchy products insides Sam's Club or Costco, pressuring and preying on older people...which to me is unethical. The "CEO" is the most unprofessional person u have ever met. I left the company on good terms after realizing it was a pyramid scheme. I never got paid after calling and text for my pay check. I decided to let it go because it wasn't for much (worked for them for 2 weeks) in the big scheme of things/life. Few weeks ago I get a W2 form from them. It not only claims they paid me but also claims I worked for them for only 3 hours...this is FRAUD! I attempted to contact Kings Collective but convently their voicemail box was full (Most sketch companies do this trick). I then proceeded to call the "CEO" directly to which I got her voicemail, left a message...two weeks went by and I heard nothing. I decided to text her, sent a few texts over the course of the next few days...got no response. Decided to let people know on social media/my friends that this company was sketchy/a scam...the second someone mentioned getting a lawyer the"CEO" conviently responded with a barrage of overly defensive lies and even proceeded to publically post my social security online. When I brought this up to her she thought it was funny that she leaked my social security number and even proceeded to like my comment calling her out for committing a federal crime. Stay far away from this very unprofessional pyramid scheme!!!

A pyramid scheme is defined as: an organization that compels individuals to join and make a payment. At Kings Collective we will never ask anyone for money. A pyramid scheme also involves a 1099 where we have a w2 where taxes are taken out. A pyramid scheme also involves members to recruit on their own usually in malls, the street, parking lots, in their homes etc. At Kings Collective we pay for recruiting to grow our events and have a regular schedule of events inside of big box fortune 500 companies. Someone will always receive a paycheck since this is not a commission only position. We are sorry you had a terrible experience with our company however if you would like to call the office and set up an appointment to meet face to face to reissue a lost check please do. We are open M-F 8-4 and are willing to work with you not against you. Advice to you: With how much time you invested on making sure to let social media, glass door, everyone know your thoughts about this company, with the little investment you were here and really got to know the people in this company and the culture, I'm sure if you focused this hard on your career or hobbies you will find much success in your life. I hope we can solve this issue with you, but overall find happiness in yourself. Have a great day.
