-Encouraged to take bribes -Withholding offers from vendors so they can go with a buyer who is using their mortgages products. -8,000 basic salary with claw back -offices are in terrible condition and unsanitary -head office is absolute shambles -they hire young people with no experience because no decent agent work for them -other companies will stay very clear from you if Kings Group is on your CV
