      It's OK to bully and lie to get what you want

      Some decent staff, although they don't last long either by their choice or not

      I have had to deal with a lot of bullying claims, some ex staff are pressured into leaving others just collapse due to the constant bullying techniques employed. Unfortunately the owner is a lovely man, and some of the senior staff are legends, but middle management is toxic. Female managers are the worst, unsolicited phonecalls and sms to staff mobiles at weekends complaining about issues that don't exist.
