      Pros

      They often have free food.

      Cons

      They have no idea what they’re doing. They implement things before thinking it through. They reward people who do a good job until they find someone they think is better and then the first person is old news. Decisions are made with haste which makes them seem sloppy and unorganized.

      Truly Best Place to Work

      This is an outstanding company and a great place to work. You feel like you are a part of the team and the greater Kingsgate family.

      Cons

      There's not a ton of room for advancement at this time, but the company has experienced record growth and opening new offices, so it should get better.
