Good working environment Family orientated Good support

Caring company puts people first. Proud to call myself a carer and recommend my job role to anyone I meet. I highly recommend Kingsley as a care home group and would happily place a member of my family into their care. The staff I work alongside are thoughtful and conscientious, always going the extra mile for the well being of the residents. I feel looked after by the management here and they always try their best to meet the needs of staff as well as their residents. During this crisis period I feel so strongly about how well Kingsley has helped and handled the situation. We have had the training and equipment necessary for the complex job role that Covid introduced. I feel safe for myself to continue working here during this crisis along with my colleagues keeping the ladies and gents here well cared for, safe, happy and healthy.
