      Great employee benefits Great work-life balance Great perks for employees Great opportunities and options to advance your career in something that you aspire and want to achieve

      not really any downsides, the hours are a tiny bit long and can vary heavily and a lot based on the work load and what else that may or may not be going on but really depends on the individual at the time
