      Bad workplace culture in BT dept.

      Pros

      It’s free than Nanya & Unimicron, there’s no very serious management for work and rest time in BT dept. You just can feel free to go 7-eleven and get a cup of coffee if you are tired. And most of operators of the process are friendly, if you have any experiment sample , which have to run in special conditions or parameters, you can ask them for help even you are not in the factory or office.

      Cons

      There are many political issues between two director of two plants at Xinwu-factory-area. They really don’t know the whole process of the substrate industry. One of they two always ask colleagues do actions he wants, even it’s wrong actually.
