      This was a great company with an excellent concept for jet fuel.

      It was a start up company that, sadly, got on a downhill slide.

      Pros

      Terrible communication skills. Lack of funds make any chance of advancement impossible. Good lab techs terrible PhD's they have no idea what is going on or basic chemistry. I worked there 3+ years never saw any improvement.

      Cons

      Everything is a con. The management is a con. Run don't walk away.
