      great and smart colleagues, very supportive team culture and solid work/life balance.

      Cons

      tech stack is somewhat dated. there's plenty of work to do but never enough time or people to do them.

      - Hybrid (2 days WFH) and flexible working hours - Low micromanagement (except enforced time tracking everyday) - Helpful and friendly colleagues - Deliver work with real impact - Work and resource allocation is planned out thoroughly - Comfortable working pace, not too stressful - Good benefits (18+ AL, well-stocked pantry, 6k health & wellness budget)

      Cons

      - Office is still situated at an industrial estate even after moving, and it's quite a walk from Tai Seng MRT with no sheltered walkway - Most F&B options are far away, extremely limited food options when it rains as the canteen nearest to the office would be over-crowded - Need to log your time everyday - Frequent acquisitions of smaller companies (more integration work) - May need to work outside of normal working hours once in awhile due to collaboration with colleagues from different timezones (US and EU)
