      Pros

      Great people in the marine department, rewarding community connecting, safety centric.

      Cons

      Hard to get approved to use your time off so if just banks and banks and you don't really end up getting time off approved. Tough schedule - when I was there you could go from and am shift to a pm shift within 24 hours.
