      Pros

      - nice and friendly working environment - beautiful and well-allocated office space - salaries are according to market standard - steep learning curve and opportunity to make an impact

      Cons

      - under-developed perks and benefits for employees - long working hours - culture not really existent - only pretending to be open to feedback - artificially creating useless hierarchies for people to feel important - psychological safety not existent, you could be fired the next day - many important people leaving due to bad management decisions
