      Pros

      Fun and friendly atmosphere with a great team to help achieve your goals both professionally and personally. Good workplace culture and lots to learn!

      Cons

      Could have better benefits. Training takes about 4-6 months as there is a lot to learn in the role, however, it is very indepth and you are fully supported along the way.

      Wealth of knowledge - the CEO has been working within the optics industry over 25 years and is able to pass on his own personal experience to the team. Great training programmes from the initial probationary period to support throughout as the industry is forever changing Fantastic group of people to work with, being a small company to you re not just a faceless number. You work closely with various departments to help come up with solutions to our clients issues. There is a huge variety of work, due to the nature of the business no two days are the same.

      Cons

      Takes a long time to learn the role - however, good one-to-one personalised training is given and support from upper management help to progress peoples abilities. It is hard work, this is not a simple 9-5 job, a real passion is needed Being a small company, there is limited upwards movement - however, if there is something you would like to achieve the company will do whatever it can to accommodate
