      Pros

      I have joined the company as a new trainee, this company seems to be quite ahead in time. They have their own software to manage company work and allow the staff to work freely. I really like the location and we get to interact with staff from Germany and United Kingdom.

      Cons

      The team leader needs to give us more feedback on our performance.
