• Management is toxic. • Work-life balance is non-existent, you get a random message from people at 9 pm on a Sunday regularly and you are expected to respond or work. • As long as you suck up to the right people you have a job, but almost every week someone randomly gets fired along with a lazy templated and generic email notification to the rest of the team... You can imagine the culture. • CEO's mentality is to hire the right people for the right stage of the company, he doesn't seem to believe in staff growth, your job is never safe here.

- The company is entirely revenue driven now and will do anything to make that happen - this means working ridiculous hours and there is no appreciation or recognition for your effort. - The culture was very toxic at the time that I left where you needed to suck up to the right people or be ok to throw others under the bus for job security. - The marketing used to be one of the best in Australia whereby there was flexibility to test and learn and take risks. Now, you hardly get any budget and the only driver is revenue. - If you are not in the leadership team then you have no voice or opinion
