      Hard to Make money. Untrustworthy company

      Pros

      Easy to get a job. Company is desperate so any one can get hired.

      Cons

      New compensation structure. Barely making over minimum wage. Commissions are stacked so no one earns them. Micro management at its best. Nova Scotia is a joke. Managed from Montreal by incompetent manager. Don't believe all the reviews. Company forces managers to make sure employees post a positive review. Each manager has to get a couple of people to post good reviews. Company is so bad it is BANNED from advertising on INDEED website.

      If your a good liar and can sell credit cards, youll get promoted. they don't care about the honest ones.

      Cons

      Eveything!! don't send schedules on time, they know employees are lying and they don't care.

      Pros

      Better to work somewhere than Unemployed. If you can consider it as a volunteer opportunity then not a bad place to work! If you are a novice sales person or this one your first job then carry on. It will help you to develop your sales and communication skills.

      Cons

      Irregular and missing payment. And no explanation. You will not get the full payment, even if you exceed the sales target. Almost impossible to contact with HR or the management. Final advice; don’t join here, if you have any other alternative.
