      Hard worker should be rewarded with something other than more work for same pay!

      Pros

      Company offers profit sharing. Company is trying to improve and make changes.

      Cons

      Where to start? First, HR has no sympathy for workers that work long hours here. Management doesn't know who works hard and doesn't care! Employees will not bring issues to HR out of fear of being terminated.HR and management seem to be the ones responsible for the problems at this company not the employees.

      Only salary and 5 days work week

      Cons

      Almost everything is bad in terms of management. Unethical work procedure / process towards government bodies. Cheating on work procedures towards customers parts. Practical knowledge from the management, safety are very poor and not actually being implemented, this is to cut cost with no regards to the well being of the workers on the shop floor and many more.........

      Pros

      After many years with KoMiCo I knew it was time to leave with the new leadership. While I wish KoMiCo the best I do not see them succeeding under the new leadership. Pros it is a family and good people work at KoMiCo. Health benefits are good and 401K match is important. The benefits are why I stayed for so long.

      Cons

      The new leadership has no experience leading a team in the US. If you are not a Korean man you have no business working for this man. He has made it clear many times women do not know what they are doing and Americans are lazy. Turnover is very high almost 7% the week I left
