Working from home was awesome, the home office stipend was very helpful as well. I worked a few with great people.
Cons
Company President is highly unprofessional, condescending, disrespectful and just plain rude. On the few occasions I spoke to him directly, he was awful. I was genuinely shocked at the way he spoke to me. I was told that's just how he is and to deal with it basically. He is also lacking in leadership skills, clearly. "Right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing" should be the company slogan. I was laid off and there were immediately postings for positions hiring already on the website. Instead of cross-training or trying a new position, they would rather let go overqualified people to train new employees they could hire for LESS salary. I was asked to do a Glassdoor review like 2 weeks into employment, of course I liked the job then and I felt obligated. That review was irrelevant and since deleted. They PRESSURE you to specifically leave a glassdoor review, I wasn't the only one they asked for this.
