upper management is clueless: do not expect upper management to communicate with you.
this company is structured to bring moral down while struggling to produce quality products by unhappy employees.
no room for advancement: do not expect to be promoted unless you are a part of the buddy system or an exceptional kiss ass.
no encouragement or motivation to do a good job, learn more or give great work performance. if you do the minimum that is acceptable.
knowledge of your job is based on what you can learn on your own, there is little to no training, this place is a firm believer in the "sink or swim" method of teaching.
management can care less about employees, their main focus and concern is not being bothered, fresh coffee, and leaving by 5pm.
major problems or concerns will be band-aided with some irrelevant solution that makes matters worse.
