In interview, you feel like you are joining in a MNC company after the conversation with the HR. Office looks good by interior only. Get the salary in right time.
Cons
All the workforce work with the panic of target and sales. The management will screw you every time whenever you fail to achieve the target. Your colleagues are so apprehensive to save their own job, you will never get any co-operatiion. No growth. You scope of work will be limited and that is why joining salary is the first and the last. The company HR shows off as if a MNC culture but it works like a local kirana shop.
