This company provides a highly toxic workplace and horrendous management. -Management had no trust or confidence in staff members, leading to constant micromanagement, being belittled and undermined by management. Many members of staff brought this up to HR however well known problem people are not addressed about their behaviour. -Most staff have no trust for HR. -Lack of career progression or developing new skills within the company. -The pay is horrendous and does not reflect the damage this place does to your mental health.

The compensation for a senior position, even after four years, is disappointingly in the mid 30,000 range. The management leaves much to be desired, lacking essential people management skills. The workplace is marred by frequent instances of belittling and excessive micromanagement. Speaking up about these issues can lead to repercussions, as they seem determined to make your work life difficult if you do.
