Cons
- not very emotionally intelligent has a way of coaching that is counterproductive for example saying certain things that would hurt someone's confidence like calling someone a bum or failure at life. Can show favoritism to certain individuals and ethnic groups who fit their perfect image and if you don't, you're expected to conform if not, they will make it very difficult for you and try to muddy your image like being deceitful with numbers or try to portray someone like they didn't actually earn something. Says they're gonna do something and sometimes doesn't follow through the right way.
