      State owned company with great pension scheme. Enjoyable people to work and part of a major industry with impact globally.

      Cons

      Kuwaiti nationals do get preferred status and perks for level of work they do. Career progression is limited and you can do the same job for a long time.

      flexibility and good salaries. 14 payments + bonuses. Flexible in terms of timing, gives you the opportunity to organize your private life easily.

      Cons

      Kuwaiti company, in a sense that all the decisitions get ages to take place. The base salary is high but the promotions aren't.
